Enjoy complimentary shipping on all purchases of HK$350 or above. For any order below HK$350, a delivery fee of HK$30 will be applied.
We currently offer Standard Delivery Service exclusively to delivery addresses within Hong Kong and Macau.

Standard Delivery Service extends to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands, and Macau. Please note that this service is not available in specified areas, including but not limited to Lo Wu and Po Toi Islands.
We do not ship outside of Hong Kong and Macau, nor do we accept P.O. Box addresses.
Orders will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order. Each order can only be delivered to a single address. If you wish to send items from one order to multiple addresses, you will need to createseparate orders for each destination.
Shipping days and schedules:

Typically, your parcel will be ready for shipping within 2-3 business days following confirmation of payment. Please understand that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on stock availability.
Under normal circumstances, the delivery service estimates that you will receive your order within 3-4 business days after the parcel is ready for shipment. Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote areas, where it could take 5-7 business days for the parcel to arrive.
Please note that delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
During public holidays, the delivery service provider estimates that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days after the parcel is ready; for remote areas, this timeframe extends to 7-9 business days.
